Professional Reception & Lobby Area
We provide a classic style lobby that will be comfortable for your guest while they wait. Cable television, newspapers and magazines are available for their pleasure. A professional receptionist will greet your clients and ensure their comfort. We also have a waiting room where your guest can receive coffee, water, and vendor machine products.

Telephone Services
Choice Business Services staff will answer your phones with your personalized greeting, will take messages, transfer calls to voicemail, cell phone or to another location. You may have your own private fax, high-speed internet and LAN connections. Phone and data line charges, setup fees and service charges apply.

Conference/Training & Meeting Rooms
Our conference/training and meeting rooms offer LAN and internet connections, Video Conferencing, marker boards and other AV resources. Rental is on a first come basis with additional time available as priced. Our rooms accommodate 2 to 75.

Incoming Mail & Package Handling
Mail is sorted and delivered to your assigned mailbox daily. Large and express-packages are delivered to your suite. We have DHL, Fed Ex and UPS pick-up and delivery daily.

Kitchen & Break Room
We offer a full-service kitchen, including coffee and tea services, bottled water, vending machines, as well as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and toaster.

Building Signage, Directory Listing & Suite Name Plate
There is a monument sign in front of the building on East Paris noting Choice Executive Suites. A main lobby directory inside directs clients and guests to our reception area door, while a directory gives each tenant's name.

Security & Emergency Maintenance
Our building is equipped with a key card system that monitors all after-hour building activity including fire. A maintenance team is available on a 24 hour emergency basis.

Utilities, Maintenance, and Cleaning
All utilities, maintenance, and cleaning are included in the monthly base rent. Suite, common areas and restrooms are cleaned nightly.
